Part Time Operations Administrator

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Administrator who wishes to work a flexible 3.5 hours per day in the morning. You will assist in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products from third-party supply chain partners through to end customers. Experience working in supplier chain / logistics would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

* Generation of purchase orders and build instructions
* Monitoring daily supply chain reports and materials inventory
* Generation of weekly reports – Tracking and matching of invoices
* Monitoring logistics partner activities and status to ensure inventory and shipments are correct
* Monitoring materials inventory (cartons, anti static bags, trays) to ensure minimum stock level maintained and it is within seal date
* Generation of shipping requests

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

* Experience in similar planning/logistics role
* Demonstrable experience of operating company systems including MS Excel and MS Word with the ability to adapt to on-going system changes
* Strong communication skills with external supply chain
* Excellent numeracy and written English language skills
