A leading supplier of automotive parts and consumables is currently seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. The role of the Co-ordinator is to provide support to the business. This role requires close liaison with customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills, from the initial order stage right through to completion. It is your responsibility to provide services to our customers, which will represent quality and value, and exceed their expectations, thereby satisfying all of their demands.

Role Responsibilities

Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately within the agreed timeframe, meeting all customer deadlines, ensuring customer deadlines are always met to maximise profit margin achieved.
Record all errors, monitor performance and report deficiencies across the business.
Ensure all daily and monthly reports are produced and distributed within the agreed deadlines, and actioned as appropriate.
Review all outstanding orders daily, and resolve all issues to ensure customer demands and expectations are met.
Discuss with Manager any lost business to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Promote all the services available from the company to expand the business annually.

The ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be required to:

* Proactively call new businesses.
* Look after existing accounts.
* To sell over the phone and also book appointments.
* To sell in a consultative manner.
* To assist in all aspects of the business.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Internal Sales applicants with the following experience:
* Experience of selling to businesses.

Our client a leading supplier of goods to Trade based in Keighley are a on a period of growth and are looking to recruit a couple of Sales Advisors to join their existing team.

These fantastic opportunities will see you reporting directly to the Sales Manager with the overall objective of looking after existing Trade customers over the telephone, offering of prices, raising of quotations whilst developing NEW customers across the UK through outbound calls, mailers and other marketing initiatives. This telephone based role will see you also handling inbound customer enquiries and the introduction of new products to market.

To be considered for these permanent opportunities our client will consider previous experience from: Trade Counter, Telesales, Business Development, Sales Administration or Customer Services where you have done an element of up or cross selling and are looking for a more commercial based role.

In return you will receive on the job training and development and opportunity to earn OTE on sales generated.
