Clayton Nursing is currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee our clients North East Private Care Home portfolio, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the regions leading suppliers within the Care Home sector.

You will receive a generous salary of up to £57,000 with an extensive company benefits and bonus package.

The Role in brief
-As the post holder you will ensure the delivery of business performance and quality targets for portfolio of care homes with optimum operational efficiency.
-Provide support and leadership to Care Home Management whilst ensuring a culture of customer focus and quality of service.
-Ensure that all of our Care Centres provide the highest possible standards of Care Service Delivery, to meet and exceed the expectations of Service Users and their Families.
-Establish and maintain relationship management with key external stakeholders. To support Group Chairman, Finance Director and Managing Director of Operations in delivery of the organisations strategic agenda.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
-Financial Management
-Human Resources
-Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
-Marketing
-Health and Safety

To be considered you will
-Be a qualified Nurse or have a strong clinical background (PIN -desirable).
-You will need to have extensive previous experience within Regional or Area management role
-Have the ability to motivate, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the teams being worked with in an open professional communication style.
-Have the ability to plan and prioritise workload and make clear decisions, with a real desire and enthusiasm to make a difference.

Middle East Sales Manager

TOP Adult & Children’s Publisher based in Central London are hiring a Sales Manager on a fixed-term contract for Middle East territory!

Are you experienced in sales management with a proven track record? A sales professional with experience of managing trade accounts? If so, we have a great opening with a leading publisher who are looking to appoint a Sales Manager for their Middle Eastern territories.

Whilst being based in offices in London, the successful candidate will maintain and build customer relationships in the Middle East. With budgets already set, your first job will be to come in and understand the scope of the role, accounts and territory and set to achieve these budgets. Being able to maintain excellent customer relationship whilst being the first point of contact for customer issues is a must. You will have a good level of experience selling trade titles to customers in Middle East markets, including visiting key territories.

The role also includes a minimum of 6 weeks travel to markets a year, plus attendance at relevant book fairs.

SEN | Midday Meal Supervisor | East London

CER are currently recruiting for Midday Meal Supervisors to work on daily and long term supply cover, for one of our Special Educational Needs schools in East London. We currently have multiple vacancies at the same location ready for the perfect candidates to interview for straight away.

The ideal candidates will be available to supervise children’s lunch time between 11:30-1.30pm with diligence. It is crucial to have both relevant experience in a school setting, and hold a current DBS.

To be successful in this role any mix of the following attributes is vital:
*Be available 5 days a week
*Be enthusiastic and proactive
*Have a good overall understanding of Special Education Needs, and specifically PMLD, Autism and Learning Difficulties
*A patient attitude and understanding towards children with special needs
*Be assertive when dealing with challenging behaviour
*6 months-1 year experience working in a SEN setting preferable or school setting at least
*Clear communication skills
*Living local to East London.
