Seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a leading 3PL company in Reading.

Hours:- Monday to Friday.
Salary:- £18000.00

As Logistics Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that all administration for the site is supported and provided with any information as required.
Communicating with all departments on site ensuring that all reports and paperwork are completed in a timely fashion ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

As a Logistics Administrator, you will report to the Transport Supervisor and Shift Managers.

Your Duties will include:

* Communication with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
* Monitoring accuracy via KPI’s.
* Compiling all documentation needed for orders.
* Ensuring relevant legislation and directives are met accordingly.
* Maintaining all disciplines. Drivers hours, fleet management, health and safety, payroll, HR and more.
* Compiling all Reports required to deadlines.
* Strong communicator, verbal and written.
* Able to navigate around vehicle tracking and planning software, with training.
* Previous Administrator experience in Transport is an advantage.
* Proficient with Microsoft packages.

Our client a franchised dealership, are looking for an experienced Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Location: Reading / Wokingham / Henley on Thames

Salary: Up to £28,000

Job role

Based in a busy workshop environment you will be required to undertake all levels of car repairs as well as completing standard servicing and fault analysis

You must be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion

You may be required to undertake PDI work as well as road testing vehicles

Be qualified to City & Guilds level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.

You must be a fully qualified vehicle technician with a proven track record of quality workmanship and possess good diagnostic skills.

Having an ATA qualification and MOT license would be of benefit


User Researcher

We are currently looking to hire a User Researcher, for a minimum 6 month contract, to help setup and User Research function for this rapidly growing SaaS supply chain company, their customer base includes some of the most recognised household names across the UK.

The key responsibilities include identifying, working with, analysing and reporting on the needs and behaviours of users of supply chain / procurement systems, specifically in the areas of B2B retail and healthcare. The User Researcher will organise and participate in a variety of user engagement activity.

You will have a background in User Research and have a primary focus on web applications, you will be adept at working with user using specific interviewing and surveying techniques. Familiarity with the appropriate tools is expected as well as being able to talk through projects where you have performed similar work. Experience working in either Retail or procurement would be a big bonus.
