Great new opportunity for an enthusiastic Architect to join an award winning, design, architecture and engineering corporation on a permanent basis in London. Our client is a growing practice that specialises in providing a range of multi-disciplinary services to the Aviation, Rail, Industrial and Technical sectors. Through providing expert services to a number of highly notable projects across the UK, they have gained a catalogue of esteemed clients and an increasing workload. They are therefore seeking an experienced Architect to join their innovative team of creative professionals.

The selected candidate will have a number of key tasks that will include:

* Planning, scheduling and coordinating the technical and management aspects of assigned projects
* Reviewing and approving technical design phases of projects, ensuring accuracy and quality is in line with the brief given
* Producing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
* Ensuring projects run on schedule and to budgets
* Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Keeping up to date with design trends and techniques
* Preparing and managing project controls e.g. enquiry plans, TRN reviews, fee estimates, scope of works etc.

Essential skills and experience:

* Degree in Architecture
* Working towards RIBA chartered membership
* London Underground LUCAS card
* Main line/Network Rail PTS card
* CSCS card
* Eligible to pass security clearance and airside pass applications
* Full UK driving licence
* Good freehand sketching ability
* Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit software (Microstation V8 also preferred)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Experience with Photoshop and Sketch-up
* High level of creativity, imagination and enthusiasm to produce distinctive architectural design
* Knowledgeable of British Standards and Eurocodes with respect to architectural design, sustainability and specification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Midweight Copywriter – Marketing Agency

We are on the lookout for a Midweight Copywriter to join an award-winning integrated marketing agency based near Reading. The successful copywriter will write and proofread original copy for a host of globally iconic brands.

The experience we need.

As the successful midweight copywriter, you’ll have:

– A solid background as a copywriter for three plus years.
– Experience writing copy for an agency previously is desirable.
– A varied portfolio showcasing your skills as a copywriter including long and short copy examples.
– A strategic thinker with a full comprehension of how to write in a way that best suits the audience in the brief.

The role.

You’ll work predominantly on B2B campaigns, although the agency also work B2C. You will be able to write engaging copy for a holistic range of long and short copy projects think white paper and brochures followed by web pages, social media and emails.

As Midweight Copywriter, you’ll work with the Head of Copy to unravel complex propositions and explain them in an engaging way. The successful candidate needs to contribute to the strategic direction of the projects, which could include liaising directly with the clients in workshop based sessions.

We have an exciting role available to the market for a Field Sales Executive. Salary will be £20,000-£2,000 with bonus, company car and Ipad.

You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients across Scotland however, will mainly be focused on Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will be expected to travel across Scotland for appointments and some overnight stays will be necessary. The role will be 70% account management and 30% new business development.

The company are a privately owned family business that has achieved growth over the years selling hundreds of brands to retailers and printers.

The Role

* Managing accounts within your territory to ensure the maximisation of sales
* To follow up customers leads through a variety of business channels
* To undertake cold calling business development activities in order to develop new
* business
* To ensure that the database is accurate and kept up to date
* Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets
* To build strong business relationships with new and existing customers
* In addition to these functions, the employee is required to carry out other duties as
* may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the business

The successful candidates must demonstrate

* Computer literacy in application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to
* pick up bespoke systems
* Disciplined approach, following internal procedures, systems of administration and
* data management
* Experience of building customer relationships
* Persuasive, influential and self-confident individual with strong interpersonal
* awareness and communication skills
* Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and demonstrate good time
* management and organisational skills
* Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction
* Ability to work from home and travel including overnight stays

Benefits

* Annual salary of £20,000-£24,000 + OTE between £32,000 – £37,000

* Holidays – 20 days which will increase by one day per year to 25 days max
