MiddletonMurray are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator for an organisation based in Southampton. You will also be working towards an NVQ qualification level 3 in Property Services.

An Apprenticeship can kick-start your Career by providing paid work experience and confidence whilst working towards a recognised qualification. The Apprenticeship will be a minimum of 12 months.

The successful candidate will be working as part of the Lettings team within an established estate agent. This role offers great variety in a fast paced, vibrant and professional working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the estate agency industry.

Key duties will include:

General administration tasks including; data input, filing paperwork, dealing with confidential data.
Dealing with property enquiries
Organising property visits and inspections
Liaising with tenants and landlords to obtain information and documentation.
Conducting viewings
Providing excellent customer service
Going the extra mile to help clients with their requirements
Provide quarterly inspections
Marketing; targeting new business, gaining tenants and landlords details to generate business via leaflet drops
Keeping company systems up-to-date with relevant information.

This role will suit a driven, hungry individual who is motivated by sales. You will be expected to be committed to the placement whilst studying towards a Level 3 Property Services qualification.

You must have:

A-C GCSE in Maths and English due to the nature of the business.

The successful applicant will be able to drive and hold a full clean driving licence

The Software Tester will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

* Solid experience of manual and automation test development execution in a commercial environment.

* Previous experience of setting up a test function from scratch – advantageous.

* Solid experience of test planning.

* Previous experience of working on software systems which require 24/7 availability.
* ISEB / ISQB qualified.
* Knowledge of software development , ideally SQL – advantageous.
* Knowledge of querying databases – advantageous.

The responsibilities of the Software Tester will include:

* Setting up and establishing the test function from the beginning.
* Running and executing test scripts.
* Liasion with the project team to ensure test coverage of functional requirements.
* Investigation and logging of defects.
* To build a solid understanding of the systems and process and their interaction.
* Definition and documentation of the test strategy for each project.
* Collaboration with other relevant business functions.
