Our client is currently seeking INBOUND ONLY Retail/fashion Call Advisors to join a busy call centre environment starting 11.9.17 – 18.9.17 -25.9.17

Duties will include:

* Handle all customer related queries including chasing deliveries and returns, online and ordering issues, in store issues and store reservations, gift card enquiries, promotion enquiries and marketing queries
* Respond to customers via various channels mainly email and telephone but also conversocial which includes Facebook, Twitter and now Instagram
* Process customer orders via a telephone ordering service where customers can call us and place an order over the phone
* General store enquiries including stock availability

You will possess an excellent telephone manner and clear verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience gained within a customer service/administrative/retail background preferred. Must be customer focused offering a friendly, polite and empathetic tone.

Full Time positions working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis working between 8am-8pm, training will be provided on site. Excellent opportunity with a view to going permanent following an initial 13 week period.

What will the role involve?

– Receiving inbound calls from customers in relation to client mortgage propositions or mortgage applications

This is an exciting opportunity to gain real exposure working with a major Train Operating Company (TOC) and Network Rail. As Programme Manager you will head up multiple work streams which are all part of a major programme for purpose of improving customer experience and performance. The Programme is worth 10s of Millions of Pounds and is one of the companys top priorities! The work streams encompass a range of items; Infrastructure Buildings and extensions, Technical improvements signalling/changes to process, Business Change – people led etc. Due to the diverse nature of this programme you will have a tremendous amount of exposure to almost all elements of the Rail industry working with Operators, Network Rail and Infrastructure suppliers.

The ideal Candidate

The right person for this role will be personable, organised and have an excellent attention to detail. You will have had experiences working on challenging projects and have a real aptitude for managing, influencing and working with people. This role is all about people management and stakeholder management, due to the many facets to this programme this Programme Management role is mainly about meeting with all stakeholders involved, updating them, getting them onboard and ensuring that the tasks are closed out.

Although this role is working within Rail, it isnt necessary that your background is rail. My client understands that they dont have the monopoly on good Programme Managers and is happy to look outside of sector. You must have experience of Business Change of complex/challenging projects. This is a high-profile role that requires someone who can lead from the front, someone who isnt afraid of hard work and getting stuck in themselves. This role will suit a polished Programme Manager, someone who can confidently put together reports and presentations and then present them to a board of directors.

The Job!

This is an 8 month project where you will be Programme Manager responsible for the 3 main workstreams encompassing; infrastructure, Technical and People Change. You will be joining part the way through, so must be able to hit the ground running! You will be tracking progress against programme plan, with the workstreams laid out, however you must be flexible as milestones and goals are constantly moving. This role is very heavy on stakeholder management, youre going to have to get people to work together and get people onside to make this a success. As I mentioned previously this is high profile role and you will be the face of this major multi-million pound Programme. You will be based in central London offices, this is not a static role and you will often be meeting with suppliers/ stakeholders at various sites across London.

The Role:

To assist the Commercial Manager in undertaking the commercial and contractual side of project delivery, working closely with the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contract parameters following company standards.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of Change Schedule and Cost Plan, monitoring and reporting on commercial aspects of projects, flagging issues at the earliest opportunity to responsible management.
Assisting the Commercial Manager in the monthly cost / value / forecast reporting.
Liaising and providing commercial information to the Project Manager and our internal clients.
Assisting in preparation of tender, pricing and contract documentation.
Assisting in preparation of estimates for works using excel sheets format.
Supporting cost reporting of all allocated projects within the reporting framework including Cost Forecasting, Anticipated Final Cost, Cost of Work Done and Current Contract Value
Assisting the Commercial Manager with reviewing contractor delivery, doing the weekly verification of cost file/ Expenditure report and OTL Report using Oracle system.
Supporting the compilation of supplier performance reports as per process. Keep commercial records up to date in properly maintained files and subsequently the documents, following commercial close out.
Assisting in the weekly allocation of the Project Management Staff time booking them against a Project Number and a Task Line.
Undertake final account settlements and internal reconciliation to project close-out as per the project authority, project plan, and change control and within agreed timescales.
Assisting in the review of all Contractor variations to cover additional or out of scope costs, through to cost agreement. This may involve reviewing Contractor back up in the form of timesheets, site allocation sheets etc.
Assisting in the certification of Contractor interim payment applications for invoicing and the Subcontractor Employers Instruction form. This involves liaising with the project team to ascertain the current status of works completed on site.
Assisting in the procurement of suppliers by placing purchase order requests using Oracle procurement applications (COOM, I-Store, I-Procurement and RCOS), trades cards and invoices forms.
Reporting weekly labour, plant and Materials returns of all allocated projects.
Liaising with the finance department with regards to project costs, requesting job numbers, dealing with missing timesheets, allocating CAPEX cost to projects/ task lines and responding to any financial report queries.
Attending weekly and monthly progress meetings with Scheme Project Managers & Contractors.
Supporting the programme and project teams in monitoring for breaches of corporate governance compliance with Corporate Governance rules in a timely manner.
