Your responsibilities will include:

– Technically focused “go to” person executing Mobile Operator activations/integrations.
– Review third party Web API documentation and use this to configure new payment integrations using an in-house Integrations Tool.
– Testing of new integrations.
– Produce technical documentation.
– Devise product requirements to enhance standard tools.
– Understand and be able to explain billing system capabilities and requirements to customers/internal stakeholders.
– Provide regular status reporting.
– Continually identify ways to streamline and improve the integrations process to increase the efficiency.
– Engage with payment providers to troubleshoot during the integrations process.

Essential requirements:

– Understanding of Web APIs and Web Services and interest in software development languages & scripting.
– Ability to interpret detailed technical documentation and translate this in an easy to understand design.

My client is seeking an experienced Production Planner

Reports to: Production Manager

Hours – 11.00 – 19.30 Mon – Fri

Scope of role:

This position involves the master scheduling of materials and labour to ensure the most effective utilisation of resources, machines and materials to achieve the daily / monthly deliverables, in order that they satisfy customer demand

The opportunity to establish new procedures and working practices for an operation thats migrated to 24/7 working over 4 shifts, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques with flow-line operations

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with the buyers, scheduling of materials in order that we can satisfy production demand
Assist with the inventory control ensuring adequate stock and FIFO adherence whilst maintaining agreed stocking levels
Assess shortages to orders daily and prioritise work to fulfil these orders
To be the key interface between Production and the Supply Chain, ensuring effective communications and the impacts of each others actions are understood
Planning of resources the ensure the best customer service level/stock availability is maintained, whilst ensuring the most effective deployment of production labour, including labour load levelling for process flow-lines
Planning of Surface Mount Technology and Plated Through Hole area machine throughput to ensure most efficient utilisation of the plant and minimal downtime through set-ups
Develop a resource process for labour utilisation at the Flow-lines for ensuring appropriate labour V demand, in line with TAKT time requirements
