SALES SUPPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER

£30,000 PLUS STAFF AND PERSONAL BONUS SCHEME

My client is an established telecoms hardware company who accommodate businesses of all sizes. They pride themselves on outstanding customer service, with this in mind they are looking to add a switched on entrusted operations manager to help maintain their solid customers.

Ideally looking for someone who has come from a telecoms background and someone with a strong Sales and Customer Service Background is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing the entire sales and customer service department being an escalation point for the team leaders
* Making sure the company complies with the SLA agreements
* Setting up company performance reports and monitoring them monthly
* Overseeing the department workload coordinating effectively with the 2 team leaders
* Assign training programmes making sure the department is constantly upskilled
* Conducting one 2 ones with team leaders
* Implementing and keeping on top of the company’s CRM system
* General organisation and sales office support.

The Ideal Person:

* The ideal candidate will already be engaged in a supervision role of some capacity
* A strong background consisting of sales and customer service.
* Any exposure to telecoms or technical based environments will be advantageous but by no means essential
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate towards performance.
* Experience of working closely with CRM systems
* The ability to motivate and inspire other people
* Someone who can bring ideas and innovation
